Questions, answered

Does ReviewFlow post reviews for me?+

No. ReviewFlow only sends your customer a link to your Google review page. Customers write their own reviews — we never create or submit reviews.

Can I only ask happy customers?+

No. Every customer you add gets the same friendly message. Asking only selected customers goes against Google's review policies, so ReviewFlow doesn't do it.

Does a click mean I got a review?+

Not necessarily. We count when a customer opens your review page. Whether they leave a review is up to them — we don't claim otherwise.

Can I write my message in Thai?+

Yes. Write it in Thai, English or both, and use {{customer_name}} and {{business_name}} to make it personal.

What do I need to get started?+

Your business name and your Google review link (from your Google Business Profile). Setup takes under 5 minutes.

What if I send more than 500 texts?+

Each extra SMS is ฿0.80, added to your next monthly invoice. You can see your usage any time in Settings.

Can I cancel?+

Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. There's no setup fee and no contract.
